Right click the image and click "Save Image As" then choose where you want to save it
On FireFox

How to set an image as your wallpaper:
On Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7:
Right click on your Desktop ad click "Properties"
On Vista/7 click "Customize"
Go to "Desktop" and click "Browse" and find where you saved the image
On Mac OS X
Right click on your Desktop(Control+click) and click "Change Desktop Background", click the "+" then find where you saved the image
